Resin Glues
Durable, High-Performance Water-Based Glues
Our resin glues are water-based emulsions designed for high-strength, high-speed applications. These adhesives are highly durable, flexible, and resistant to temperature and humidity changes, making them ideal for industrial environments.
Formulated from vinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl acetate, and acrylic resin emulsion polymers, resin glues form strong, rigid bonds that withstand rough handling. Available in powder, spray emulsion, and liquid form, they offer a wide range of elasticity, surface tack, and cohesive strength.
Ideal For
Laminating • Folding Cartons • Case & Carton Sealing • Wood Panels • Plywood • Particleboard • Plastic Furniture • Paper Converting • Feed Pellets • Flooring • Binder Applications
Key Benefits
- Excellent strength and flexibility
- Moisture and climate resistance
- Compatible with a wide range of materials
- Customizable formulations for specific manufacturing needs
Dextrin Glues
Clean-Machining, Paper-Friendly Adhesives
Dextrin glues, sometimes called brown glues, are water-based adhesives derived from starch. They are known for their clean machining, easy cleanup, and strong paper bonding. Available in white and yellow (canary) varieties, they are perfect for applications that require smooth lay-flat results and minimal curl.
Heated to around 200°F, dextrin glues form a tacky solution that can be tailored for different tack levels, open times, and colors. These adhesives are ideal for labeling, printing, and general paper product assembly.
Ideal For
Bottle & Can Labeling • Paper Bags • Envelopes • Stamps • Tapes • Litho-Laminating • Printing • Carton Labeling • Core Winding
Key Benefits
- Non-toxic, biodegradable, and recyclable
- High wet tack and good heat/cold resistance
- Re-moistenable options available
- Bonds well to paper and porous materials
Starch Glues
Natural, Cost-Effective Glues for Paper Packaging
Starch glues are made from vegetable-based carbohydrates such as maize, wheat, potatoes, rice, and tapioca. These adhesives are widely used in high-volume paper packaging applications due to their affordability, reliability, and renewable origins.
Heated to 180–190°F or used at ambient temperatures, starch glues dissolve into thick, paste-like adhesives. They’re ideal for bonding materials like corrugated board and paper bags, and can be formulated for high-viscosity requirements.
Ideal For
Corrugated Boxes • Paper Bags • Foil Laminating • Wallpaper Paste • Envelopes • Tube Winding • Bottle Labeling
Key Benefits
- Renewable and eco-friendly source materials
- Customizable viscosity and consistency
- Excellent bonding strength for paper substrates
- Economical and easy to use
